We've Moved!

After almost 25 years at The Foregate we have moved to 7 Bank Street, Kilmarnock.

We were delighted to welcome Provost Barry Douglas to perform our official opening ceremony on Tuesday the 28th of September. It was wonderful to see so many carers coming in to see our new home and to give it their seal of approval!

Our new Centre has two light and spacious interview rooms, where we can offer privacy to carers to get support from our staff with form completion and private conversations. We also have a lovely open area which looks out onto Bank Street. It’s for carers to meet each other and get group support with our staff.

Adult Carers Support Group - From Tuesday the 5th of October, we will be re-starting our weekly Support Groups at Bank Street. These are from 11am-1pm and for unpaid carers.

Coffee Mornings - Our fortnightly Wednesday Coffee Mornings have now restarted, again from 11am-1pm. This group is for carers, cared for people & former carers.

COVID-19 is still very much with us, so while we are able to offer group support to unpaid carers, we still need to make sure we are all safe. Please let us know if you are coming in to see us, and if you need help with forms or specific advice, we’re still asking that you make an appointment for this. But don’t worry if you can’t get into to us - we will continue to offer telephone appointments.
