East Ayrshire Carers Centre are recruiting for a Young Carer Peer Mentor to deliver presentations within schools, to liaise with young carers in group and individual sessions and to be the voice of young carers in regards to the Carers Scotland Act and to complete Young Carer Statements to determine positive outcomes for young carers to live their life alongside their caring role.

Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle and must have been a young carer or are still a young adult carer.

Based within Kilmarnock and Irvine Valley area.
